Getting started
How to use Meal Planner 101 for personalized meal planning
Meal Planner 101 brings meal choices, recipes, and grocery-list organization into one planning workspace.
1. Choose a program
Select the everyday or specialty pathway that matches your current goal. Available pathways may include kidney, body building, weight loss, vegetarian, vegan, diabetes, gluten-free, and more-energy planning.
2. Create or open your account
Create a free account to save work, or log in to continue an existing plan. Medical information should be entered only when the tool requests it and when you understand how it will be used.
3. Build the plan
Choose meals and foods that reflect your preferences, ingredients on hand, preparation needs, and any limits supplied by a qualified clinician. Review ingredients and portions rather than relying only on titles.
4. Save recipes and organize shopping
Keep useful recipes for later and turn selected meals into an editable grocery list. Check pantry inventory, product labels, package sizes, and substitutions before shopping.
5. Review before using
For a medical diet, review the plan with the appropriate clinician. Meal Planner 101 supports organization and comparison; it does not replace professional diagnosis or treatment.
