"Though not as hard as giving up smoking, giving up gluten can be one rough diet ride".

Going gluten free can be quite a feat. Our home has become almost completely gluten free (but not 100%) for my husband's sake. It's nice for him since he can grab just about any food in sight and know that it won't be a problem (we do have a drawer that is off limits to my husband!).

Going gluten free has been spendy as well as tricky in learning about the ins and outs of the diet, but for the most part, we have not looked back. Keep in mind we haven't gone to lengths of worrying about cross-contamination like people with celiacs must deal with.

Anyway, long story short: finding gluten free foods that don't suck can be challenging. The reviews found here highlight many of the good foods existing in the gluten free world. I hope they help you navigate and save you time in finding the gems worth eating.

If you have any foods or suggestions that would be a nice addition to this section, please share.

Namaste Pizza Crust Mix
A very good crust that holds up in both the gluten and gluten free worlds. Best choice in the gf realm that we've had.
